What does Ruth 1:7 mean?

Naomi has made a difficult decision: after losing her husband and both sons in Moab, a foreign land far from home, she's heading back to Judah where she has family and roots. She doesn't make this journey alone, though. Her two daughters-in-law, Ruth and Orpah (who married her sons), are walking with her into the unknown. This moment captures the beginning of a story about loyalty, grief, and new beginnings. Sometimes when life falls apart, we discover who will actually walk with us through the hardest seasons, and that companionship becomes the first step toward healing.
