What does Romans 14:25 mean?
Paul is describing how God's plan for including all people in salvation has finally been made clear through the Old Testament writings and God's direct command. For centuries, this truth was hidden or dimly understood, but now in Christ's time, it's openly revealed and explained through the prophetic books. The point is that this isn't a new invention or a secret reserved for a special few, but something God always intended and is now inviting everyone, across all nations and backgrounds, to understand and respond to with faith. It's an encouragement that God's saving love has never been limited, and now all people everywhere have the chance to hear and believe.
