What does Psalms 95:10 mean?
God is speaking here about the wilderness generation, the Israelites who left Egypt but spent four decades wandering before entering the promised land. During those years, they repeatedly complained, doubted God's promises, and forgot his faithfulness despite witnessing miracles firsthand. Their problem wasn't primarily ignorance but a stubborn heart, a refusal to trust even when they had every reason to. What makes this statement poignant is the word "grieved."
