What does Psalms 76:10 mean?

When people rage against God or act out of anger, they end up revealing his power and character in ways that ultimately point others back to him, whether they intend to or not. Their fury becomes a kind of unintentional testimony to his existence and strength. The second part suggests that even when God's judgment falls and people experience its consequences, those who survive are humbled and held in check, prevented from continuing down destructive paths. This speaks to the mysterious way God can work through opposition and difficulty. Even our worst moments, and even the anger of those around us, don't escape God's purposes. He doesn't lose control when things feel chaotic or hostile, and he can transform even human defiance into something that serves his larger story.
