Matthew 25:16
βImmediately he who received the five talents went and traded with them, and made another five talents.β
What does Matthew 25:16 mean?
The servant who received five talents didn't hesitate or second-guess himself. He got right to work, using what his master had given him to create more value. This tells us something important about how God expects us to steward what we've been given, whether that's money, skills, time, or relationships. The point isn't about becoming wealthy, but about the faithfulness of using our gifts responsibly and with intention rather than letting them sit unused out of fear or laziness.
