What does Mark 10:44 mean?

Jesus turns our usual way of thinking about importance upside down. In his kingdom, greatness isn't measured by power or status but by how much you're willing to serve others, even in the humblest ways. He's saying that if you truly want to matter and lead, you need to put yourself in a position of caring for people's needs without expecting anything back. It's a radical challenge that runs against everything our culture says about success, and it points toward a kind of strength that comes from putting others first.
