What does John 12:16 mean?
The disciples witnessed Jesus's final week without fully grasping what was happening. It was only after the resurrection, when they finally understood who Jesus truly was, that everything clicked into place: the ancient prophecies they'd read their whole lives suddenly made sense, and they realized the events they'd watched unfold had fulfilled Scripture all along.
