What does Job 15:8 mean?

Eliphaz is challenging Job's right to question God's justice, suggesting that Job is acting as though he alone possesses divine wisdom. The question cuts both ways: it's both an accusation (you think you know God's mind?) and a logical rebuke (how could you possibly?). Eliphaz assumes Job must be arrogant to defend himself against suffering, when in his view, Job should simply accept that God's ways are righteous and beyond human understanding. Though Eliphaz means this as a correction, the irony is that Job actually shows more honesty about his confusion than Eliphaz does with his neat theological answers.
