What does Ezekiel 35:10 mean?
Ezekiel is delivering a harsh message to the nation of Edom, which had been eyeing the land of Israel with greedy intentions, especially during Israel's time of weakness and exile. When Edom said "these lands will be ours," they were ignoring a crucial spiritual reality: God's presence and covenant with Israel made that land fundamentally different from ordinary territory to be conquered and claimed.
