Exodus 6:12

What does Exodus 6:12 mean?
Moses is expressing real doubt and discouragement here, speaking honestly to God about why this mission feels impossible. He's saying that even his own people won't hear him, so how could he possibly persuade the most powerful man in Egypt? His phrase "uncircumcised lips" is an ancient way of saying he's not eloquent or skilled at speaking, and he's using that as evidence that he's simply not the right person for this job.
