Exodus 4:7
“He said, “Put your hand inside your cloak again.” He put his hand inside his cloak again, and when he took it out of his cloak, behold, it had turned again as his other flesh.”
What does Exodus 4:7 mean?
Moses had just watched his hand turn leprous as a sign from God, proving he carried divine authority to the people of Egypt. When God tells him to hide his hand in his cloak a second time and pull it out healed, it's a demonstration that the same power that afflicts can also restore.
