What does Acts 11:18 mean?
Peter had just finished explaining to the church in Jerusalem why he'd eaten with non-Jewish people and baptized them, which shocked many believers who thought salvation was only for Jews. When the skeptics heard his full account of how the Holy Spirit had clearly worked in those Gentiles' lives, they stopped arguing and recognized what God was doing.
