What does Zechariah 2:3 mean?

In this moment from Zechariah's vision, we see the prophet observing a conversation between two divine messengers. The angel who has been speaking with Zechariah departs, and immediately encounters another angel coming toward him, suggesting an urgent exchange of divine purpose. This kind of heavenly coordination reminds us that God's work continues beyond what we can see or fully understand, with multiple messengers carrying out his plans. It's a gentle image of being part of something larger than ourselves, where even when we lose sight of one source of guidance, God's purposes are actively unfolding.
