What does Romans 13:10 mean?
When you genuinely love someone, you naturally don't want to hurt them, steal from them, or treat them badly. Paul is saying that if you get to the root of all the rules and commandments, they're all pointing toward one thing: caring about the wellbeing of others. So instead of obsessing over a checklist of do's and don'ts, if you're focused on loving the people around you, you'll naturally end up living in a way that honors both God and others.
