What does Romans 10:18 mean?
Paul is answering an important question: if God's message is so clear, how could people possibly miss it? He's pointing out that the gospel has been proclaimed widely enough that people genuinely *have* heard it, whether through Christian preachers or through the created world itself. He quotes Psalm 19 here, a passage about how creation itself testifies to God's existence and power.
