Revelation 22:3
βThere will be no curse any more. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will serve him.β
What does Revelation 22:3 mean?
In the final vision of Scripture, John describes a restored creation where the brokenness that entered the world through sin has been completely undone. The "curse" refers to all the pain, separation, and decay that have marked human experience since the fall, and here we're told those things simply won't exist anymore. God and Jesus will dwell directly among their people, and their servants will worship and serve freely, fully, and without the weariness or struggle that marks our service now. It's a picture of restoration so complete that the very foundation of suffering itself is gone.
