What does Psalms 38:10 mean?
The writer is describing the physical toll of deep suffering, maybe from illness, guilt, or overwhelming stress. When we're in real pain, our bodies often feel it as much as our minds do: our heart races, our energy drains, and even simple things like vision or focus become difficult.
