What does Psalms 26:10 mean?
The writer is describing people whose whole way of operating is corrupt, from their deepest motives right down to their daily actions. When the psalmist says their hands and right hand are "full" of wickedness and bribes, he's using the image of someone so committed to wrongdoing that it overflows from them, it's just what they do. This matters because the psalmist is contrasting himself with these people, establishing that he's trying to live differently, with integrity.
