What does Psalms 118:6 mean?
When life feels threatening or overwhelming, it's natural to feel small and defenseless. The psalmist is declaring a radical confidence: because God stands with him, human opposition loses its power to destroy him. This doesn't mean people can't hurt us physically or cause real pain, but it means they can't touch what matters most, the core of who we are before God.
