What does Psalms 102:27 mean?

In a psalm full of lament and the pain of watching time wear us down, the writer shifts focus to God's unchanging nature. While everything around us fades, breaks down, and eventually disappears—our bodies, our strength, the world itself—God remains completely stable and eternal. There's deep comfort in recognizing that the One we turn to in our darkest moments isn't aging, weakening, or at risk of abandoning us. God's constancy offers an anchor when everything else in life feels uncertain or temporary.
