What does Proverbs 15:32 mean?

When we push away correction or feedback about ourselves, we're actually working against our own wellbeing and growth. The wisdom here is that refusing to hear hard truths keeps us stuck, unable to learn or improve. On the flip side, when we're brave enough to listen to someone who points out where we've gone wrong, we gain real understanding that changes how we see ourselves and the world around us. It takes humility to accept correction, but that openness is what allows us to become wiser and live better.
