What does Proverbs 11:10 mean?

When good people flourish and live with integrity, their community benefits and people naturally celebrate together. The opposite is also true: when those who cause harm and pursue corruption finally face consequences, there's a sense of relief and justice that ripples through the whole group. The proverb reflects something we all recognize—that our own wellbeing is tied up with the character and choices of those around us, and there's a real human response when things move toward fairness and away from destruction.
