What does Nehemiah 4:20 mean?
When the people of Jerusalem were rebuilding their broken city walls, they faced constant threats from hostile neighbors trying to stop them. Nehemiah organized the workers so that some would build while others stood guard, and he used trumpet blasts as a signal system, a way to quickly gather everyone if danger approached.
