What does Matthew 6:32 mean?
Jesus is reassuring his followers that they don't need to obsess over food, clothing, and basic survival the way people without faith do. The point isn't that other people are bad for having practical concerns, but that constant anxiety about these things reveals we're not trusting God to care for us. When you truly believe your Father sees what you need and promises to provide, you're freed from that exhausting scramble and can focus your energy on what actually matters: seeking God's kingdom and living righteously. That shift in trust changes everything about how you move through difficult circumstances.
