Matthew 24:13
βBut he who endures to the end, the same will be saved.β
What does Matthew 24:13 mean?
In this verse, Jesus is talking about perseverance through hardship, not about earning salvation through willpower alone. He's speaking to his followers about staying faithful and trusting him even when following him becomes difficult or costly, whether through persecution, doubt, or the struggles of ordinary life. The promise here is that those who hold onto faith in him will ultimately experience God's salvation and protection. It's an encouragement that our faithfulness matters and that God sees and honors it, even when circumstances feel overwhelming or when we're tempted to give up.
