What does Matthew 17:15 mean?
A desperate father brings his suffering son to Jesus, describing the boy's condition with raw honesty. The seizures are violent and dangerous, throwing the child repeatedly into fire and water where he could easily be killed. In his urgency and pain, the father doesn't ask for explanations or debate the nature of the illness, he simply cries out for mercy and help.
