What does Mark 2:3 mean?

A paralyzed man couldn't walk or move on his own, so four friends brought him to Jesus, literally carrying him to find healing. This simple detail shows us something beautiful about both friendship and faith, because these four people believed Jesus could help when doctors couldn't. They went to real effort and expense to get their friend in front of Jesus, which is the kind of desperate hope that often accompanies the hardest seasons of life. Sometimes the people we love most are the ones who carry us to where we need to be.
