What does Mark 14:4 mean?
When a woman poured expensive perfume on Jesus' head as an act of worship, some of his disciples were upset, thinking of all the good that money could have done if given to the poor. Their concern sounds reasonable on the surface, but Jesus later rebukes them, suggesting they'd missed something about worship, generosity, and what truly matters in a relationship with God.
