What does Luke 20:16 mean?
Jesus is describing what the vineyard owner will do to tenants who have violently rejected his son and heir. The "vineyard" represents God's kingdom, and the "farmers" are the religious leaders who have rejected God's messengers and ultimately Jesus himself.
