What does John 9:21 mean?
The parents of a man born blind are being questioned by religious authorities about their son's miraculous healing. Instead of giving a direct answer, they deflect by saying he's an adult and can speak for himself, partly out of fear of being expelled from the synagogue if they openly credit Jesus.
