What does John 4:45 mean?
When Jesus returned to Galilee, the people welcomed him warmly because they had witnessed his miracles during the Jerusalem festival. Many of them had been at that same celebration and had seen firsthand what he could do. Their enthusiasm wasn't based on hearsay or faith alone, but on having actually observed his power themselves. There's something very human in this moment: people tend to trust what they've personally seen, and these Galileans had seen enough to believe Jesus was worth following.
