What does John 4:29 mean?

The Samaritan woman at the well has just realized she's been talking to Jesus, and instead of keeping it to herself, she immediately runs back to her village to tell everyone. Her excitement is genuine and contagious, marked by both wonder and a question she genuinely wants answered. She doesn't claim to have all the answers, but she invites her whole community to come and see for themselves what she's experienced. What makes this moment so striking is that she's the one doing the inviting. She's been dismissed and judged her entire life, yet here she becomes the first evangelist in John's Gospel, and her simple testimony of "he knew everything about me" opens the door for many others to meet Jesus. Her openness to what happened, combined with her honesty about her uncertainty, becomes more powerful than a perfectly constructed argument ever could be.
