What does John 20:14 mean?
Mary has just been weeping at the tomb, pouring out her grief to what she thinks is a gardener. When she turns, Jesus is right there, but her mind doesn't make the connection. Grief and tears can blur what's in front of us, and sometimes the people we love most are unrecognizable when we encounter them in unexpected moments or changed circumstances.
