What does Job 5:2 mean?

Anger at others will destroy you far more than it harms them. When you hold onto resentment and jealousy, you're essentially drinking poison and expecting someone else to get sick. Eliphaz (who speaks here) is pointing out that these bitter emotions eat away at your own peace, health, and ability to think clearly, leaving you trapped in misery of your own making.
