Jeremiah 7:12
““But go now to my place which was in Shiloh, where I caused my name to dwell at the first, and see what I did to it for the wickedness of my people Israel.”
What does Jeremiah 7:12 mean?
God is inviting the people of Jeremiah's time to look at history and learn from it. Shiloh was an ancient worship site where God's presence once dwelt with Israel, but it had been destroyed because of the people's unfaithfulness.
