Isaiah 56:8

What does Isaiah 56:8 mean?
God is making a promise that reaches beyond the boundaries we might expect. Throughout Israel's history, people were scattered, rejected, and left behind, yet God gathered them back with faithful care. Here, Isaiah extends that same generous promise outward: God doesn't stop at restoring those who already belong to the covenant community, but actively welcomes others too—people who felt excluded or unwanted.
