Isaiah 46:9
“Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is no other. I am God, and there is none like me.”
What does Isaiah 46:9 mean?
God invites us to look back at how he's worked throughout history, not to dwell in the past, but to recognize his unchanging nature and power. When everything feels uncertain or new challenges arise, remembering what God has done before becomes an anchor for our faith. The repeated declaration "I am God, and there is no other" isn't arrogance; it's an invitation to stop dividing our trust between God and our fears, circumstances, or the voices telling us there's no way through.
