What does Ezra 2:57 mean?

This verse is the final line of a long list documenting who returned from exile in Babylon to rebuild Jerusalem. These were family groups, some quite small, who made the difficult journey home after decades of captivity. The names may feel distant to us now, but each one represented real people choosing to leave behind the only homeland many had ever known to return and restore their community. Including even the smallest family groups in this record honored their courage and commitment to rebuilding.
