Ephesians 4:10
“He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.”
What does Ephesians 4:10 mean?
Paul is talking about Jesus' incredible journey: he came down from heaven to earth, died and rose again, and then ascended back up into the highest place. But the point isn't just that Jesus went up—it's that by going through this whole movement, he gained the power and authority to fill everything and everyone with his presence.
