What does Ecclesiastes 3:7 mean?
Life moves in seasons, and this verse captures something deeply true: there are moments when we need to let things fall apart and moments when we need to mend them back together. Sometimes we're meant to stay quiet and listen, and sometimes we're meant to use our voice. The writer of Ecclesiastes isn't suggesting that tearing, silence, or speaking are bad things—they're all necessary parts of being human.
