Deuteronomy 2:18
““You are to pass over Ar, the border of Moab, today.”
What does Deuteronomy 2:18 mean?
God is telling Moses it's time to move forward—the Israelites have finished waiting and wandering in that region, and now they need to cross into new territory. Ar was a city marking Moab's border, so this was a real geographical checkpoint on their journey toward the promised land. Sometimes God's guidance comes as a simple command to stop camping in one place and keep moving, even when the path ahead feels uncertain. This can speak to us when we're stuck in a season and sense God nudging us to take the next step, trusting that he knows the way forward.
