Colossians 2:5
“For though I am absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, rejoicing and seeing your order, and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.”
What does Colossians 2:5 mean?
Paul writes this to the Colossian church knowing he can't visit them in person, yet he feels deeply connected to them through their shared faith. He's telling them he's genuinely proud of what he's hearing about their spiritual maturity, their organization as a community, and how firmly they're holding onto Christ even without his physical presence guiding them.
