What does Acts 4:32 mean?
The early church in Jerusalem was so unified by their faith in Jesus that they saw themselves as one family rather than individuals competing for resources. They voluntarily shared what they owned, not because anyone forced them, but because their shared devotion to God and each other made private ownership feel wrong. This wasn't a command from the apostles or a rigid rule, but rather the natural overflow of people whose hearts had been transformed and aligned around something greater than themselves.
