Acts 3:8
βLeaping up, he stood, and began to walk. He entered with them into the temple, walking, leaping, and praising God.β
What does Acts 3:8 mean?
A man who had been unable to walk his whole life suddenly finds his legs working. The joy is so overwhelming that he can't just stand still, he has to move, leap, express it with his whole body. Notice he doesn't rush off alone to celebrate, he goes straight into the temple with the apostles, joining the community of faith and giving credit to God rather than to himself. That combination, the physical exuberance mixed with spiritual gratitude, shows what genuine healing does to a person, inside and out.
