Acts 20:36
βWhen he had spoken these things, he knelt down and prayed with them all.β
What does Acts 20:36 mean?
Paul had just finished giving what would be his last message to the church leaders at Ephesus, knowing he might not see them again. Rather than ending with more words, he got down on his knees right there with them, turning the moment into prayer. There's something powerful about how he didn't separate himself from them even in that intimate act, but instead prayed together as one group. It shows us that sometimes the deepest leadership and care happens not through instruction, but through kneeling beside people and bringing them to God together.
