What does 2 Corinthians 9:3 mean?
Paul is writing to the church in Corinth about a charitable collection for struggling believers in Jerusalem. He's sent trusted messengers ahead of his own arrival to make sure the Corinthians actually follow through on their generous commitment, because he's already bragged to other churches about how willing and eager Corinth would be to help.
