What does 1 Peter 1:15 mean?
God's holiness—his complete separation from anything false or destructive—isn't meant to stay distant from us. Because he called you into relationship with him, you're invited to reflect that same quality in how you actually live day to day. This doesn't mean achieving perfection, but rather letting his character shape the small choices: how you speak to someone who frustrates you, whether you're honest when no one's watching, how you treat people others overlook. Holiness becomes less like a rule imposed from outside and more like gradually becoming who you're already becoming in God's eyes.
