What does 1 Corinthians 14:31 mean?
Paul is encouraging the Corinthian church to take turns sharing messages they believe God has given them, rather than everyone speaking at once or only a few people dominating. When people speak one at a time, everyone else can actually hear and benefit from what's being said, whether it's teaching them something new or offering them encouragement they need.
