What does 1 Corinthians 12:18 mean?
God didn't randomly scatter us into the world or the church, but intentionally placed each person exactly where he wanted them. You're not an accident of circumstance, but a deliberate placement. Whether you're in a role that feels high-profile or quietly behind the scenes, whether you're currently where you hoped to be or somewhere unexpected, God has positioned you there for a purpose. This doesn't mean everything feels perfect or that you never change roles, but it does mean your presence matters right now, in this particular place, in this particular community.
