Zechariah 10:12
“I will strengthen them in Yahweh; and they will walk up and down in his name,” says Yahweh.”
What does Zechariah 10:12 mean?
This promise speaks to what happens when we let God's strength become our strength. The prophet is saying that people who trust in God will find themselves able to move through life with confidence and purpose, not because they've become superhuman, but because they're walking in connection with God himself. "Walking in his name" means living in a way that reflects who God is and what he stands for, not just going through daily motions alone. It's the difference between trying to navigate hard seasons with only your own resources versus discovering that you're not actually walking by yourself. When you're strengthened in this way, your whole bearing and direction change.
